In these troubling times in which we have become target practice, We the People of the United States of America; African American, Hispanic, Asian, Caucasian, Native American, and all other races and ethnicity’s; Autistic, Mentally Challenged, Disabled and the Infirmed in any such manner feel that we are to be served with the protection and assistance of Law Enforcement versus being slaughtered as sheep and other animals that are hunted for sport, despite the Ethnicity or color of our skin, when this does not happen…we have conferred that there has to be a better way.
